Loops in Relativistic Dynamics
The Einstein velocity addition loop and the
symmetric velocity addition loop are used to develop relativistic
dynamic equations. Since these loops are highly non-commutative,
the question arises whether one should use the left or the right
translations of these loops. We show that while the left
translations are well-suited to relativistic dynamics, the right
translations are problematic. We hypothesize that using the left
translations is equivalent to a generalized form of the
Equivalence Principle.
