Prolongations of quasigroups by middle translation

This article is a continuation of the study of prolongations of quasigroups and Latin squares. Now using complete mappings and middle translations we present various characterizations of prolongations of quasigroups described in the previous volume of QRS. Based on these characterizations we find isotopic prolongations.
